\n \nIn this role, you will work on new projects, equipment, and products while supporting the day-to-day manufacturing operation. You will have the autonomy to manage projects and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and production processes. You will work closely with both engineers and operators to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve processes.

\n- Manage new projects, equipment, and products.
\n- Improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and processes.
\n- Support operators and engineering teams with troubleshooting and production issues.
\n \nThe Candidate:
\n- Experience working with manual screw machines within a manufacturing environment.
\n- Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant experience.
\n- Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
