The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate dialysis treatments, monitor patient responses, manage access sites, and administer medications per protocol. Responsibilities include patient and family education, care coordination with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and infection-control standards.
