Seeking 2nd-8th year associates to join the Investment Funds & Private Capital team. This position may reside in New York or Los Angeles, and candidates must have experience in private equity funds, advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring and capital raising.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors
