Job Description
Are you an experienced CDL driver looking for a better fit? Drive for C.R. England, the premier refrigerated carrier in the country on a dedicated account based out of Shafter, CA. This is a no-touch freight account. Load can be 1 to 5 stops with a possible backhaul back into the distribution center.
Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees
Lane Details:
Freight originates at the Walmart Distribution Center in Shafter, CA with deliveries to various locations throughout CA and NV
Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly
Shifts for this fleet start between 3PM - 9PM
Linehaul drivers are typically off 34-48 hrs per week with the possibility of getting home mid-week
Band pay based on experience
Stop pay
Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft dry van and reefer trailers
Trucks will need to park at the Shafter Walmart DC
Driver Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
21 Years of age or older
3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience
Transportation to commute to work
