Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians (RBT Required) Make a meaningful impact-support children with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments. We provide paid training!
Pay & Schedule $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Part-time role

Basic Requirements - High School Diploma
- Active RBT Certification Required
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
- Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius)
- Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
What You'll Do - Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
